Big Brother: Power Trip

Big Brother producers have revealed this years series theme. The show, dubbed 'Big Brother: Power Trip, will feature a power struggle throughout the house with one wannabe able to control things in the house for their own ends. This may include power over who gets evicted, who gets treats and who has a crappy time.
An insider told the Daily Star  “The Hunger Games was about a TV show where young people fought to the death to be victors. While we don’t want anyone to actually die, the housemates really will have to be on their toes to fight to stay in the game.”
The house has reportedly been “completely renovated and a massive revamp has taken place. The diary room is supposedly back down on the main floor of the house and the house itself is said to be focused on technology. Channel 5 released a statement about the house's new design which read, “Gone are the sumptuous furnishings and ornate decorations of the last Celebrity Big Brother house, in their place now feature stark open spaces and sleek, clean lines in a house that looks as though it has been transported from the future. Technology is at the heart of this year’s house.”

If that wasn't enough news for your heads to take without imploding then here is more. Former CBB and 4th place housemate Luisa Zissman will be joining Big Brother's Bit on the Side & Psych as a regular panellist and roving reporter. Which has lead to speculation that Carol McGiffin has been given the old heave-ho.

The power struggle theme has left fans guessing whether or not the series has adopted the format of it's american counterpart. If one housemate is given control  then possibly producers have adopted the 'Head of House' into the UK series for the first time since 2008. If the producers do adopt the american format (speculation), then I will kill them all. Stay will BBNOTS for all the latest.
